- When will I get my refund?
We will process your refund as soon as possible. If you still haven’t received your refund after 1 week, please let us know.
- Do I need to pay for my return?
If you have received a faulty item or received a product in error, we will cover the costs to return these items.
If however you have changed your mind about the items you ordered, you will need to pay the return costs.
- What is your returns policy and how do I return?
We hope you’re really happy with your purchase. If not, please visit our Warranty Return page and you’ll understand how to do.
- Why does my order indicate “Returned to sender”?
If your order has been returned to us, it’s likely to be for one of the following reasons:
– The delivery address was incomplete.
– The parcel was refused.
– Our courier was unable to access the address after several attempts.
– The parcel was damaged in transit.
If your parcel has been returned to us, please feel free to contact us.
- I haven't received the goods yet, but why the order status is complete?
If your order status is “Complete”, it means that your order has been processed, please wait patiently, and you can track your order firstly.
- Can I change my shipping address?
If you found the shipping address is wrong, please contact us as soon as possible to check if the order is processed or not. Once the order is processed, i am so sorry that we can’t change the shipping address for you. If not, we can help you modify your shipping address.
- How to track my order?
Please check the tracking confirmation email first. You will know the carrier and tracking number. So that you can track your order.
- When and Where will the order be shipped out?
With most orders we can arrange shipment within 24 hours after we receive complete payment.
If you choose UK warehouse, the order will be sent out from United Kingdom.
If you choose CN-SZ warehouse, the order will be sent out from China.
- How can I change or cancel my order?
If you changed your minds about your order, please contact us as soon as possible to help you modify or cancel the order. Once the order is processed, we are so sorry that we can’t change it anymore.
- When can I get my order?
If your order is sent from the UK warehouse to the UK, shipping time will not exceed 5 working days.
If your order is sent from china, hope you understand the shipping time is about 10-20 working days.
- How can I know my order is shipped out or not?
After the order is sent out, an email with logistics information will be sent to you, please pay attention to check your email, including your junk mailbox.
