Order and Stock issue

  • If you changed your minds about your order, please contact us as soon as possible to help you modify or cancel the order. Once the order is processed, we are so sorry that we can’t change it anymore.

  • If your order is sent from the UK warehouse to the UK, shipping time will not exceed 5 working days.

    If your order is sent from china, hope you understand the shipping time is about 10-20 working days.

  • After the order is sent out, an email with logistics information will be sent to you, please pay attention to check your email, including your junk mailbox.

    If you are sure that you do not receive the email, please feel free to contact us.

  • With most orders we can arrange shipment within 24 hours after we receive complete payment.

    If you choose UK warehouse, the order will be sent out from United Kingdom.

    If you choose CN-SZ warehouse, the order will be sent out from China.

  • Please check the tracking confirmation email first. You will know the carrier and tracking number. So that you can track your order.

  • If you found the shipping address is wrong, please contact us as soon as possible to check if the order is processed or not. Once the order is processed, i am so sorry that we can’t change the shipping address for you. If not, we can help you modify your shipping address.

  • If your order status is “Complete”, it means that your order has been processed, please wait patiently, and you can track your order firstly.

  • If your order has been returned to us, it’s likely to be for one of the following reasons:

    – The delivery address was incomplete.

    – The parcel was refused.

    – Our courier was unable to access the address after several attempts.

    – The parcel was damaged in transit.
